Trio

The Trio plant, scientifically known as Zamioculcas zamiifolia, is native to Eastern Africa. Its natural habitat ranges from Kenya and Tanzania in the north to Zimbabwe and Mozambique in the south. The plant thrives in dry grasslands and forests, where it has adapted to survive prolonged periods of drought. This resilience and its tolerance to low light conditions have made the ZZ plant a popular choice for interior plants.

Plant-The plant arrives in a 6-inch growing planter sleeved, with its size and shape subject to seasonal fluctuations.

Watering Instructions. Test the soil moisture level before each watering cycle. In the spring and summer, water approximately every 2-3 weeks. This is the plant's active growing season, so it requires more moisture compared to the rest of the year. In the fall and winter, water less frequently, about every 4-6 weeks. Growth slows down during these cooler months, reducing the plant's water needs.

Light Requirements- ZZ plants can tolerate low light conditions, making them suitable for dimly lit rooms or offices. However, while they can survive in low light, their growth might be slower and less vigorous. Indirect light is ideal for optimal growth, where they receive plenty of light without being exposed to direct sunlight, which can be harsh and burn the leaves.
